Non-Discrimination Policy

Employee acknowledges and understands that here at Tolman Media, we provide our photography, videography, and other miscellaneous services to all. We will not tolerate discrimination against our clients, team members, or any other person(s) in relation to our services provided, based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, regional, state, or local law. Any such discrimination includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services, or engaging in any other conduct that improperly takes into account these characteristics. We reserve the right to terminate any employee in violation of Tolman Media’s non-discrimination policy. This includes, but is not limited to, those who engage in offensive and detrimental behavior, including behavior that shocks, insults, or offends the community and public morals and decency, including making racist, discriminatory or offensive comments on our properties and elsewhere, or by taking actions that would reflect poorly on Tolman Media.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Employee acknowledges that at Tolman Media, clients, creatives, and team members are afforded respect and a safe work environment - any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our clients or team members or constitutes a hostile work environment (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) will not be tolerated.   

Confidentiality Policy

Employee acknowledges and understands that during the course of their contract, Employee will have access to Tolman Media’s confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information and its customers. Employee understands that misappropriation or disclosure of such information or property could cause irreparable harm to Tolman Media. Employee will not, directly or indirectly, disclose, use, copy, publish, summarize, sell or remove any such information, except to the extent authorized and necessary to carry out the responsibilities during the term of this Agreement. Upon termination of their agreement, employee will immediately deliver all property in their possession or control that belongs to Tolman Media, including all originals and copies of any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information, to the Tolman Media. Confidential information also includes the confidential information of others with which Employee has business relationships. If it appears that Employee has disclosed (or has threatened to disclose) information in violation of this Contract, Company shall be entitled to an injunction to restrain Employee from disclosing, in whole or in part, such information, or from providing any services to any party to whom such information has been disclosed or may be disclosed. Company shall not be prohibited by this provision from pursuing other remedies, including a claim for losses and damages.

Best Efforts Policy

Employee agrees to perform faithfully, industriously, and to the best of Employee’s ability, experience, and talents, all of the duties that may be required by the express and implicit terms of their contract, to the reasonable satisfaction of Tolman Media. Such duties shall be provided at such place(s) as the needs, business, or opportunities of Tolman Media may require from time to time.

Employment Policy

Employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision, advice, and direction of Tolman Media and its supervisory personnel. Employee is an at will employee of Company. Either party may terminate the employment agreement at any time.
