We use a variety of different platforms to ensure we are delivering the best service and product to our clients as well as optimizing our time and yours. 

Wedding Smash

  • View all past and upcoming projects.

  • Sign up for weddings.

  • View client wedding details. 

  • Invoice us for completed projects.

You need a login to get into Wedding Smash. You will receive this login when you are onboarded. If you need help logging in, contact your manager. 


  • View client contracts and invoices.

  • Communicate with clients and other team members. 

  • Use templates and questionnaires.

You will be invited to our team on Honeybook when you are onboarded. You do not need to pay for an account. 


  • Communicate with your manager and other team members in your area. 

  • Receive updates on policies and procedures. 

  • Reassign projects to other team members 

You will be added to the your team's chat when you are onboarded. Download the app to receive notifications straight to your phone. 

Wedding Mastery

  • Training on how Tolman Media workshow the wedding industry operates, what cameras to buy, how to shoot weddings, etc. 

  • Contact HQ to receive one-on-one training. 

You need a login to get into Wedding Mastery. You will create this login during the onboarding process. 

Facebook Page

  • Get to know other team members.

  • Post questions.

  • Share media.

  • Receive updates and reminders. 


You should have received an invite to join the page when you were onboarded. Please request access to the group if you did not receive an invite.

  • Imagine who you, your parents, or grandparents would want to hire.

  • Establish your personal brand early on and stick to it!

    • ​Make it flow easily between how you present yourself and throughout your portfolio, website, social media, etc.

  • Tolman Media is a stepping stone for you to gain more experience, build your portfolio, and network with other talented professionals. Our goal is for you to “graduate” from our program because you are too busy booking your own weddings. You won’t be able to book weddings on your own without establishing a professional, personal brand that clients are looking for.

Dress for Success!

Non-Discrimination Policy

Contractor acknowledges and understands that here at Tolman Media, we provide our photography, videography, and other miscellaneous services to all. We will not tolerate discrimination against our clients, team members, or any other person(s) in relation to our services provided, based on their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability, marital, family, pregnancy status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran or citizenship status, age, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, regional, state, or local law. Any such discrimination includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services, or engaging in any other conduct that improperly takes into account these characteristics. We reserve the right to terminate any contractors in violation of Tolman Media’s non-discrimination policy. This includes, but is not limited to, those who engage in offensive and detrimental behavior, including behavior that shocks, insults, or offends the community and public morals and decency, including making racist, discriminatory or offensive comments on our properties and elsewhere, or by taking actions that would reflect poorly on Tolman Media.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Contractor acknowledges that at Tolman Media, clients and team members are afforded respect and a safe work environment - any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our clients or team members or constitutes a hostile work environment (including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) will not be tolerated.   

Confidentiality Policy

Contractor acknowledges and understands that during the course of their contract, Contractor will have access to Tolman Media’s confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information and its customers. Contractor understands that misappropriation or disclosure of such information or property could cause irreparable harm to Tolman Media. Contractor will not, directly or indirectly, disclose, use, copy, publish, summarize, sell or remove any such information, except to the extent authorized and necessary to carry out the responsibilities during the term of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Contractor will immediately deliver all property in their possession or control that belongs to Tolman Media, including all originals and copies of any confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information, to the Tolman Media. Confidential information also includes the confidential information of others with which Contractor has business relationships.
