Can you help me plan out my wedding timeline?

Your wedding timeline is as unique as you are. We know that trying to decide how much time you need for photography & videography can be tricky to calculate. Know that we are very flexible and if you need to change the number of hours as you get closer to your wedding day and your plans become more set, we are happy to help you adjust that. We can also build you a custom package to suit your individual needs.

Do I have to feed the photographer and/or videographer?

Meals provided by the client are much appreciated but not required. If meals are not provided, please allow the photographer and/or videographer adequate time to rest and re-energize. Please be aware this may require the photographer and/or videographer leaving the premises. Though a full hour is recommended for the break, you can discuss the break with your photographer and/or videographer to see how much time they will need. Some team members prefer a shorter break so they can jump back into covering your special day.

Can I break up my coverage?

On the day of your wedding, your photographer and/or videographer are required to take at least a one-hour break for meals (e.g. between your wedding ceremony and wedding reception). This does not include travel time. This break can be substituted by a meal provided by you. Breaks cannot be utilized to divide time into multiple periods. You are allowed one break in coverage. If you'd like more breaks in coverage, let your booking manager or area event specialist know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
