I have never met someone as determined, sweet, and honest as Chelsea. We had a few bumps along the way with trying to get our pictures, something that wasn't Tolman's fault, but Chelsea even after she was no longer working with the Miami office did everything in her power to make sure that we received our pictures from our special day. She was persistent and determined to help us out even when she didn't need to. She's definitely someone you want overseeing something as important as capturing the most important day of your life because with her you know things will get done. Again, I can't say this enough; Chelsea thank you SO MUCH for helping us. You don't know how much we appreciate you!"

"We chose Tolman Media after seeing an online ad pop up on social media. While at first we were a bit nervous about choosing something from an ad, we couldn't have been happier. Tolman Media was very affordable compared to other package deals when it came to photography with videography. There were a few communications/surveys/phone chats leading up to our wedding day so that the photographers and videographers were aware of what was important to us. The products (photos and video) were absolutely beautiful! We had a colorful wedding so the vibrant colors were captured well, and I don't feel like things were too washed out/edited. We got our photos within 2-3 weeks (much earlier than expected!) and we got our video in about 5-6 weeks (still within their timeframe of under 60 days). Definitely would recommend!"

"I was a little nervous at first when I decided to go with Tolman because I wasn't choosing the videographer myself I was using a company who would choose one for me from their roster BUT I could not be happier with everything and am so thankful I went with them. When I reached originally I had 100 questions, as most brides will, and was met with quick, informative responses. After booking I was paired with Jack who would be my main point of contact from the Tolman side. Jack was beyond amazing. Quick responses, so helpful and really made me feel at ease. Timmy was our videographer day of and was beyond fantastic. He has a great temperament, a good ability to be "hidden" but somehow catch all the shots needed. We received our video right before the 4 week mark and I cannot express how happy we are. Timmy caught everything. There were touches I planned but didn't see that day that he caught. His usage of the pieces we wanted to see for the final product was above and beyond. Every special moment, every joke, every laugh was edited perfectly into something we will cherish forever. "I got married three weeks ago and had the pleasure of having artists from Tolman Media do both our videography and photography. We live in Oregon and so our team came from the PNW area. We received our video a few days ago and I have probably watched it 30 times, if not more. It was absolutely perfect!! I’ve cried. I’ve laughed. I am shocked because I didn’t even know certain moments or things were even being captured, so when I saw the video, I was absolutely amazed. I really can’t boast enough about my experience with Tolman Media. My videographer, Jason Stephens, did a better job than I could have ever even asked for! Tolman Media had affordable packages however, they made my dreams come true. They make is easy and clear what you are getting without having to read all the fine print. If there is anything extra you want they are more then happy to adjust the contract. Two weeks out our photographer had to drop out (far along pregnancy), they got a replacement right away picked by our photographer and by the time the day was here I knew my team like good friends. Professional and took care of everything on my list. We all had a lot of fun and tons of giggles. The video is my favorite! They captured the whole day and all of our loved ones in just 7 small minutes. I canted stop watching it. The whole day was easy and perfectly perserved. It almost felt last minute but I gave it a shot and reached out to their company. Within minutes I was contacted by their management by text/email and I was very pleasant with the immediate responses. First, it was contact by their booking manager Nina, and eventually a project manager from the so-cal side contacted me, Sophie. Overall, they were very transparent on their site, as far as what comes with each package and cost efficient. We chose to have 6 hours of photography & videography. Long story short, once we were contacted and paid our first deposit, we were immediately contacted by the team who will be working on our wedding day. Jeffrey & Calvin, they were the photographer and videographers who captured our wedding, were very professional and extremely friendly! We gave them a run down of how the day will go and they easily transitioned and captured every special moment. I highly recommend this company, they work with you, can help you as far as a payment plan if needed, and when it comes to professionalism, this company has it. "I am glad to choose Tolman Media as my photo/videography service for my wedding . There are different wedding packages to choose from and the price is better compared to other expensive competitors. The team is very flexible and the package update is quick and easy. Also, I asked for some changes on my final photoset and the Team worked really hard to accommodate the request in a timely manner. They are super helpful and patient. What I would do differently is to provide expectations about what photos to be included in the final photos because they are a tons of them so it is hard for the editing process and as a result, they may be different than what we are looking for. I didn't have to do any work looking for a videographer or photographer. They did all the work for me. There was no stress! All I had to do was wait for the photographer to call me and we set up dates and times AND I would be able to choose what theme I was going for and what music I would want for my video. We also got our photos and video back faster than we expected and loved both of them! We truly appreciate the wonderful service they provided for us. I would highly recommend them to use in the future"

Our wedding was literally my fairy tale. I wanted our pictures and video to represent that, so that we could always look back and remember our special day. I can honestly say our video far exceeded my expectations and was everything I was hoping for and more. Our videographer, Jack Taylor, was absolutely amazing!! He made all of our little moments and capturing our day so much fun. I couldn't have asked for a better videographer. Our pictures were pretty awesome too, but wish there could've been more intimate moments together. I won't say it necessarily was due to any fault of the photographer, but maybe due to a lack of time. We decided to go with the 4.5 hour package, and I wish that we would've chosen a package with a little more time. The time flies by, so keep that in mind when choosing your package...especially if you want getting ready photos and reception photos. The drone add-on and audio add-on was worth every penny and made our video so meaningful and beautiful. If you are looking for a quality video and photos, while not breaking the bank, Tolman is certainly a great choice!
